I’ve been a regular customer for a little while now & today I saw Krystal for the first time & told her of my recent ‘bad colour’ experience at another Salon. That other Salon had said they could match my regular pinky-magenta colour but the result was way too dark & very different & I’d been very unhappy since that visit. Today Krystal started a plan to remove as much colour as possible without damaging my hair, then after the necessary sessions will colour it with better matched colours. After even one session I’m super happy with how much better the colour looks & very grateful to Krystal.

I absolutely enjoyed getting my hair dyed and styled by Madi. She was very intune with my request to go grey gently & embrace my sparkles. Madi gave me options to choose from and was able to explain with ease what those options would do for me. I walked into her studio with copper & ash grey hair and left with an amazing full cover colour that blended in with my greys. She also gave me a concave haircut, which I really love. I left her studio looking a million bucks. For all her amazing work and the products used, her prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. Thanks Madi!!

Obsessed is an understatement. Madi worked her magic and gave me the most gorgeous colour ever. She’s talented, kind, and makes the whole appointment feel like a treat. Five stars, easy.

Selena was lovely, I am very happy with my colour & cut. The price I was charged this time was a little more expensive, more than usual - after viewing my invoice I wasn't aware I was charged for a Olaplex treatment (which there was no mention of in the quote & I didn't ask for) so a little more transparency with the breakdown of charges would have been good but overall very happy with my hair !

I had low expectations because my hair was a hot mess. I let Komalpreet do her thing and took her advice, it turned out better than what I was expecting - it's like she read my mind and delivered the colour I have been trying to achieve. Will entrust her with my hair forever!
