Today was my first visit to this salon. It is located one block off of Oxford street. From start to finish - My needs and expectations were exceptionally well met. I love my hair. The job was done within the four hours. I am happy that I received exact style requested. There were no negatives and recommendations for change. Everything appeared very attentive, professional and organized. The environment is peaceful, with low background music. The value truly exceeds the cost of these services I received. It was good, a nice and calm experience overall, I went for a loc detox, some maintenance, there was a lot of attention for my hair and I liked that I got what I went there for. My stylist was very nice as well. The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that I had to wait for sometime which seemed really long to me cos my stylist had to help another customer with her nails when I was done with my hair and I came before that particular customer so I honestly just feel like that bit could've been handled way better, I could've even been assigned someone different

An amazing session! Took their time, hygienic, style came out perfectly, I felt comfortable to communicate how I wanted the style and they don’t compromise on the health of your real hair! 5 stars for sure!!

Always a pleasure when I come here to be serviced. Everyone is incredibly professional. Mercy is the BEST ! I always leave feeling beautiful and my hair is healthy. It’s also very convenient that they offer card payments and you can also purchase hair care and products here. I can’t recommend this salon enough ^_^

All staff members were so welcoming and took great care of me. They really knew how to take care of my hair with little to no tension to it. The detangling process was the best I have had in a long time and so quick. My knotless braids came out beautifully! Thank you!

My hair was done with care, and the stylist also repaired some of my damaged loc’s which is amazing. Definitely going back to get my hair done again before I fly back to London

I love it here love the atmosphere, care of the owner and how attentive she is. Absolutely recommend, I always feel confident when my hair smells clean and looks healthy too.

I had a great experience! Staff is super friendly, the studio looks nice and clean and they were gentle with my hair. Went for taking down my braids, wash, treatment , trim and silk press. Definitely recommend and coming again for microlinks

I love how clean the salon was, customer service was really good. They handled my hair really gently and I loved the results of my texture release. Can’t wait to go back again!

Aside from starting over an hour and a half late, everything was pretty good! I’ve also noticed in better light the stylist actually used two different color extensions but didn’t tell me. Maybe she ran out of the original color we were using? If that was the case she should have told me.

The service was absolutely amazing and I love my hair. I also got my nails done and the nail tech gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to go back!
