Awesome! Jess has transformed my hair and confidence. Came in feeling miserable about the condition of my very fine hair and with Jess’s help have now found the right extensions that are both comfortable and suit me - no more clumpy chunky brassy hair and hello Beauty Works and Jess! Thank you BA team, such a nice vibe in salon to everybody so professional and friendly xx no need to go anywhere else again! Phew!

Clean and appealing salon; friendly staff; nice coffee and I was very pleased with my haircut. Parking and booking were easy which makes a big difference when you’re busy

I’ve been to Barry Alan a few times and my most recent experience was by far my best. I had a consultation for hair extensions with Jess, she was amazing! Seemed to know a lot on the subject and the conversation was focused on how to keep my hair healthy before we even began looking at the actual colours for the extensions. She is booked out quite far but got me the earliest possible appointment and put me on a list to call about cancellation. Overall she was lovely and I’m excited about my extensions!

Obsessed is an understatement!!! I got 24” extensions today and I’m beyond happy. My hair was so short and so light, but Zoe matched my colour and Jake did my extensions. My colour is a perfect match, it’s insane how she was able to colour my head just by looking at the hair. Jake cut and placed my extensions, you literally CAN NOT tell which is my hair and which is the extensions. My loyalty will be with these two forever! Plus the chat is always a lol! 1st visit here I've recently moved to Norwich. I wanted a Perm but after strand test was advised this would not be suitable, due to the previous T- section highlights, would cause further damage. Ruby managed to T section my hair with 2 colours without bleach, complementing my existing colour which blended in fantastically. Grace then put in some soft layers & blow dryed it perfectly to give volume & body. I was very anxious finding somewhere new but was put at ease and everything was thoroughly explained throughout. I have found my new hairdresser & look forward to getting my dream perm soon
