I’ve been to Barry Alan a few times and my most recent experience was by far my best. I had a consultation for hair extensions with Jess, she was amazing! Seemed to know a lot on the subject and the conversation was focused on how to keep my hair healthy before we even began looking at the actual colours for the extensions. She is booked out quite far but got me the earliest possible appointment and put me on a list to call about cancellation. Overall she was lovely and I’m excited about my extensions!

I left Barry Alan's yesterday feeling uplifted and rejuvenated . Barry and his team take a holistic approach to what is obviously so much more than just a haircut to them. I always feel Barry understands exactly what I want from my hair , not only in the mechanics of the colour and cut but how I want to feel about it, what I want it to say about me. 1st visit here I've recently moved to Norwich. I wanted a Perm but after strand test was advised this would not be suitable, due to the previous T- section highlights, would cause further damage. Ruby managed to T section my hair with 2 colours without bleach, complementing my existing colour which blended in fantastically. Grace then put in some soft layers & blow dryed it perfectly to give volume & body. I was very anxious finding somewhere new but was put at ease and everything was thoroughly explained throughout. I have found my new hairdresser & look forward to getting my dream perm soon
