This was my first time visiting Casagrande, and I was desperate to give my curly hair a refresh and learn more about how to take care of my curls. Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. My hair and skin is quite sensitive, but Laiz gave some lovely product recommendations and how to improve my hair care routine. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient! Laiz, thank you for boosting my confidence and reminding me that all curly hairstyles can be beautiful. Obrigada!!

I recently visited Jamal for a silk press, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish he was professional, attentive and really took the time to ensure my hair was perfectly straightened without any damage. I've been going to West Vibe Salon regularly, and I can't say enough good things about César and Maria! César is an absolute artist when it comes to hair! I went to Giulia to cut, color and style a wig I recently got and wanted it to look as much as my natural hair as possible. Giulia’s cut and gentle color treatment of the wig came out looking much more natural and like my hair than I thought was possible when I initially picked the wig up. The cut is fresh and layered nicely to make it fall naturally. Giulia was also friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable in her salon.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this salon!! From the second you walk in you’re treated like family and made to feel so comfortable. I got my hair cut and colored by Ena and she was AMAZING!! She was so kind and thoughtful when doing my hair checking in with me along the way making sure I was good! I wasn’t totally sure the color I wanted and Ena worked with me to find the PERFECT natural look while still making sure It was noticeable! Silvana also helped with coloring and washing my hair, she was so kind and comforting along the way! Amazing experience I can’t wait to go back!

Great experience! Looked like everyone was doing a great job! I got just a hair treatment and a blowdry and my hair already feels very healthy and shiny.

I loved my final results !! Ayhan was so wonderful and transformed my damaged hair entirely. He gave me a much needed haircut and a hydration treatment that truly helped all the heat damage of my hair. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect. Kim uses the ideal color for my hair and complexion. A new assistant, Lisa, took great care in washing, etc. as if she had known me for ages. Treatments were personalized and exactly what I wanted. Plus, the two are the nicest, friendly people concerned about their tasks and me. Also, so relaxing and fun.

I’ve always wanted to try this place out given the excellent reviews and the aesthetics of the place. Nachi was able to squeeze in an appointment and she did such an excellent job. She washed my hair thoroughly and also added a short head massage. She made sure my hair cut was to perfection and continued to ask me if there was anything else I wanted with my hair. 10/10!!
