Wow what a fabulous place. It is beautiful modern homely and Angela is absolutely brilliant. She is one of the best hairdressers I’ve been to and makes the customer experience magical from start to finish. I came out feeling totally pampered listened to and had enjoyed a lovely relaxed time which is as it should be. Best hairdresser around by far and just what Castletown needs. Appointments already booked up to return. All I can say is you are missing out big style if you don’t give the place a try. Fabulous experience and what a lovely person Angela is. Thankyou

Always love the results. Fiona is amazing! My hair is in much better condition. Surroundings are lovely, she is super attentive and you get a good feeling when waking in.. I refrained from accepting the coffee, biscuits and sweets at first “shy” see - now I look for them but was stung with a sour in the sweet bowl today 🤣 just a lovely experience

Always a friendly relaxed atmosphere here. It’s a pleasure to get my hair done Victoria who does my hair is very knowledgeable and a lovely lady very helpful choosing which colours and styles will suit me etc also helping improve condition of my hair. Also a nice place to get nails and lashes done , both I’ve had done before and loved them.

Brazilian blow-dry has improved the quality of my hair 100%. I have naturally curly dry hair and no amount of serums or fancy product has changed my hair quality until I had a Brazilian blow-dry. My hair is soft, frizz free and needs little to no effort to style. The treatment is a very good price at salon 2000 and I would 100% recommend it to anyone with similar hair condition issues as myself.

Best service ever! This was my first time at this salon and I will definitely come back. The ladies were so so friendly and informative. In past experiences, the stylist cuts off more than I ask for, or use so much product my hair is greasy after a few hours, which left me nervous to trust any other hairdressers. Leanne listened to what I wanted with my hair, she had taken the time to curl my long hair so it would stay in place for me going out later in the day. She used amazing products and was in perfect condition all day. Can't thank you enough!

Wonderful as always! My daughter and I felt safe from the minute we walked through the door. Temperature taken, track and trace app scanned. Masks/visors worn by all staff, clients and complete social distancing - even notices in the loo to remind clients about the importance of hygiene. We were well looked after - beautiful hair cuts by Steph..... with the most amazing hair wash in town, nothing is ever a bother - even in the midst of a pandemic - I even witnessed Steph cleaning all of her equipment brushes etc . Thanks girls keep smiling - your doing an amazing job

Excellent service and attention to detail making sure that the health and safety of both the staff and the customers was clearly a priority. It was a bit weird having a treatment with a mask on however Shelly made me feel very comfortable as usual. Thank you 😊

Had a great visit today. My first time out in 18 weeks so was a little apprehensive. Needn’t have been. The steps they have in place put you at your ease as soon as you go through door. Adele gave me a fabulous cut which was much needed. She wore PPE and I wore a mask but felt really safe. All the staff were brilliant and as friendly as always. Cant recommend Mono highly enough.
