Paul was fabulous as ever! He gave my 21 year old autistic son a total transformation and although no words were spoken from my son, the smile at the end said it all. Paul is considerate - we were in a quiet area of the salon, friendly and professional (checking if the smells of products were ok etc) and I thoroughly appreciated his approach for what could have been a hugely difficult experience.l (it wasn’t 😊) Paul pays great, expert attention to the customer having a fantastic experience, regardless of the cut, colour and style and allows them to come away feeling amazing. Having had consultations at other salons, this one was the best. From the first patch test to the final result, I felt so welcomed. I had ruined my hair from home hair dyes and it was never too much trouble for Courtney to fix. It was a massive job bust she gave 1000% for the nearly four hour transformation.
