Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Eda is the most lovely hairdresser ever, she always is so kind and makes me feel so beautiful! Im so glad I found her as I wont get my hair done by anyone else! She is a lovely bubbly friendly person, and Carla does my hair just how I like it, which several past hairdressers haven’t quite managed to do, even a very expensive salon in Plymouth.

This was my first experience having skin tags removed and I was a little apprehensive as to what to expect. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and Shannon was absolutely brilliant, she explained the procedure so I knew what to expect. There was a bit of sensitivity during the procedure but it was nothing major and after being numbed up it was a fairly quick process. Shannon explained everything as each tag was removed and I had 100% confidence in her. I would thoroughly recommend Shannon and Flow Aesthetics to anyone with a skin condition. Thank you.

Amazing service. Amazing staff and amazing treatment! I had the Japanese head spa, with add on arm and hand massage, hair mask and blow dry. Fell asleep with my treatment, was so relaxed highly recommend Cannot wait to go back!
