5/5 experience every time I definitely recommend! Zilim is truly the best. She done my 1st balayage 2 years ago and I was worried continuous treatment would damage my natural type 4a hair. But my hair has remained healthy and is flourishing! I’m very indecisive when it comes to choosing my toner, but Zilim’s thorough approach of showing you different tones and the outcome if you mix tones, always helps and always comes out perfectly! Great service, you even get complimentary drinks!

Gemma was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, kind, professional. After not having my hair coloured or cut for over 6 months, Gemma took her time to get my hair back to looking great. Applying the colour, then a gloss, discussing different hair treatments and products. Then carrying out such a good cut and blow dry. It didn't feel rushed which was a real treat. From the moment I came in, Zilim understood my hair and what it needed. She recommended me products that would work for me and also showed me techniques I can do at home. She is extremely talented and an expert at what she does. I won't be seeing anyone else for my hair besides her from now on. Very very happy with the outcome!

Always a lovely experience getting my hair done by Gemma. Not only do i come away with hair looking lovely, its much happier/healthier after her hair treatments and I always feel relaxed and pampered! Plus she’s just lovely!

Zilim took so much time to talk me through the process and make sure I was comfortable. She cares so much about making sure to achieve good results without compromising on the health of your hair. Will definitely be back. X

Really pleased with my laser removal treatment on my brows. Jodie took such an effort to protect my brow hairs and avoid singeing them as best as she could.

Absolutely fantastic! A long-overdue platinum hydrafacial & it exceeded all my expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the products and the treatment. I also had an LVL lash lift and tint and wow, I honestly feel summer ready after just these two treatments! My skin feels and looks so much brighter already. The clinic itself is calm, spotless, and welcoming. Jodie took such good care of me,I actually ended up falling asleep, I was that comfortable! Can’t thank Jodie enough for her professionalism and the high quality of service she offers. Highly recommended!
