My first visit to the new salon and it is GORGEOUS! AND plenty of parking. So happy Elia is back my hair missed her! Definitely recommend this is the best salon in Halifax!

I was feeling a little nervous having my hair cut and coloured and choosing a new stylist. But I need not have worried. Alek’s did my hair beautifully and concentrated on keeping it in the best condition by using olaplex to prevent damage. She made time to discuss what would work for my hair type and style which really shows the care going into the end result. She also gave me some great after care advice talking me through which styling products and styling appliances would be best for my hair type. Thank-you Alek’s Feeling very grateful to have found such a brilliant stylist

Superb! Aleks did a fantastic job on my colour today. Two bold shades (red and purple) and a beautiful style to complement the colours and my layers. She was kind and friendly and explained what she was doing; checking in to make sure I was happy / warm enough 😉 My hairooks great and I am thrilled with the results

Best hairdresser in Halifax

Great location, free parking, based in a great salon. Always a thorough consultation at the beginning and a wonderful cut. Would thoroughly recommend

This is not my first visit to the Salt Room and definitely not my late. Carla the stylist is professional, knowledgeable and very personable, as well as been good at her job. Other member's of the Salt Room team are also very welcoming and accommodating. My appointments are, always on time and there is no issue about rearranging them. The actual salon is in easily accessible with loads of parking. The bonus, is the cost it of my hair treatments are affordable on a limited budget.

Aleksandra has completely transformed the condition of my hair. It used to be burnt, broken and uneven after previous damage, and she brought it back to life with real skill and care. She is not only a highly professional and knowledgeable hairdresser, but also someone who, over time, became a genuinely warm and trusted person in my life. I always feel safe in her hands, and the results speak for themselves. I couldn’t recommend her more

A lovely welcome by Kathryn, we talked through what I wanted and Kathryn was thorough in assessing my hair and lumps and bumps 😉 A lovely head massage at the sink was very relaxing. Really happy with my cut and styling and Kathryn was very friendly.
