As someone who has regular appointments for extensions it makes such a difference having a professional, consistent experience! Szindy really listens and knows exactly how I like my hair styled now. Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

This was my first time at L&W Brixton, and I loved it! I went for a much darker colour than I usually do, and they turned out so beautiful. Francesca was incredibly kind and professional. I added on a BIAB removal (got my nails done at a different salon), and she immediately noticed that what I had wasn’t actually BIAB (or it didn't seem to be BIAB, even though that's what I asked the other salon for). She took the time to explain the difference and educate me on what proper BIAB should look like. I really appreciated her honesty and expertise. Already scheduled my next appointment :)
