My roots were done today by nessey and i had my roots cut, they were long, I wish they relized when I say to skin it dosent mean a few mm in lenght she also deied my cut off so when i wash it im thinking a lot of dye will come out

Everyone was so nice and supportive especially my stylist Megan who put in the effort to talk and make me feel comfortable offered drinks several times and reassured me several times did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel and look absolutely stunning without damaging or ruining my hair at all love the place so much would 100% recommend others to go and get their treatment or colouring from here very very experienced and professional

I’m so happy about my experience. Had a cut + gloss by Neesey and she is amazingly talented! She understood my hair and what I wanted. My hair looked amazing when it was done. Got many compliments. The salon was super aesthetic and beautiful as well. Recommend %100.

I had an amazing experience with Megan! She really listened to what I wanted was patience with the bleach lift as I have really dark hair - made me feel comfortable; we had nice chats and also was left to enjoy reading my book. The outcome was so lovely and I loved the final look. I will definitely be coming back to Megan again!

I had a wash, cut, and blow dry with Megan at Hairnova and had a great experience. Megan was friendly, professional, and listened carefully to what I wanted. She did a fantastic job with my cut, and the blow dry left my hair looking and feeling amazing. I'm really pleased with the result and would highly recommend Megan and the team at Hairnova 🥰

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester! She’s very professional while maintaining that relaxed atmosphere throughout the session. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! She came to my house and spray tanned me and three of my friends, which made everything so easy and fun. She listened to exactly what each of us wanted and tailored every tan to suit us individually. We’re all so happy with the final colour – it looks so natural, even, and gives the perfect glow. The whole experience was professional, friendly, and relaxing. We honestly couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to show off our tans at the races tomorrow! Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be booking again.
