I booked a full body 90min massage and it was heavenly. I've been for many massages before, all of which made my body tense up and feel bruised immediately after BUT NOT THIS ONE. I felt super relaxed, floating in the clouds. Mushfikah is excellent at what she does and she actually listens, asks the right questions and cares. And to think I still said to her that I was testing all her abilities. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN. Mushfikah, you're amazing!

Experience was good , I would say it was a bit rough …. When they push back the Cuticles on toes. Massage was lovely. I must say Boa needs a deep clean it’s starting to look run down and dirty 🫤 the nail color books are full of dark hand marks , and the chairs are stained and dirty. The nail treatment and quality is great but to keep up with the standard I would say a deep clean and revamped furniture is needed. It’s not good when the client starts to question the sanitary of their experience.

I had my nails done on 27 May. During the appointment, I noticed the UV lamp was weak and mentioned to the nail technician that the set might not last, asking if the lamp could be changed. It was only replaced after I raised the concern. On 3 June, one nail broke. As I was taking my niece for her appointment on 5 June, I asked for a repair but was told I had to pay as it was beyond the 7-day policy. Had a fabulous head, neck and back massage as well as a dermaplaning facial (my fave) from Mushfiekah! I was confortable at all times, she focussed exactly where I required it, after enquring, and kept checking if I was okay with the pressure. Amazing, therapeutic and relaxing experience with the wonderful Azraa. Love the space and the treatment. Her healing hands always does wonders to help reduce my pain. I have stage 4 endometriosis and need many different types of treatments to manage, which include, regular wet cupping and reflexology coupled with carefully selected supplements provided by Azraa.
