I was so lucky to nab a cancellation appointment with Amy, I'd been suffering with terrible tension in my head neck & shoulders & needed some relief, I felt super supported throughout the treatment & got instant relief from the scalp massage, I left feeling so much lighter & the tension eased over the next day or so, im looking forward to my next treatment, thank you.

Honestly, that top-to-toe massage was next level. I went in feeling knotted, tired, and frazzled… and came out like I’d been rebooted. Every bit of tension melted away, head to feet, and the whole experience always feels so thoughtful and grounding. I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I was floating out the door. Absolute magic, as always.

I suffer with tension headaches and migraines tried massage and medication but it didn’t help, I had a session of acupuncture with Sophie and she knew exactly what to do! It felt like a weight was lifted from my head and it was amazing! Thank you Sophie you are really knowledgable and helped me so much! I feel like I’ve got a new head! Went to see Amy after I’d herniated a disc. The pain had mostly eased by then, but honestly it was such a nice, calming experience. My head’s always busy, but I didn’t think about a single thing the whole time. She was really thorough, explained everything in a way that made sense, and went through my medical history to see if she could help with anything else. Already booked back in for my next appointment

I had a CBD facial from lol and it was amazing! I was a bit worried it might smell funny, but everything smelled incredible — super fresh and relaxing. The whole experience was so soothing, I nearly fell asleep! My skin feels so soft and glowy afterwards, and that face and scalp massage? Absolutely unreal. Can’t wait to book another one!

Had my usual appointment with Rosie, another great job on my nails & toes. Historically I have visited various salons in both Sunderland & Newcastle & have to say the experience I have had since coming to Dolled Up has been by far the best. The atmosphere is friendly & relaxed & all staff make you feel very welcome, I would definitely recommend this salon, their range of treatments & pricing is very competitive.

What an incredible experience I had today with Amy during my massage. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxed. Amy took the time to ask what areas I needed more attention on. The massage was very soothing and eased all my stress and tension away. Would highly recommend Amy for a massage or any treatment she offers as you will not be disappointed. Deserves more than 5 star if that was an option.
