I didn’t really know what to expect as I’ve always wanted to try a head spa and I was so excited when I saw one pop up in Poynton! The only downside for me is that it ended! I really enjoyed my experience and it helped me let go of a lot of tension and stress - I didn’t realise how much I needed it to be honest. My skin is glowing and my scalp feels free of tension and super clean too. I’d definitely visit again!

Tried the Japanese Head Spa and it was very relaxing. It included neck and shoulder massage and facial which was an extra bonus. Kelly is welcoming and considerate. Only downside, I felt that the room, although inviting was not warm enough.

Booked an Indian head massage for my mum for Mother's Day. She went today and loved it. She had no clue what to expect but the experience exceeded expectations. She always makes me feel completely at ease and really helps with the tension and stress I hold in my back. I always leave feeling so much lighter afterwards. I had the most amazing and relaxing experience with Sara. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and Sara was very knowledgeable with the treatments I had. The witchy facial was absolutely gorgeous so relaxing and my skin was glowing when I left. I coupled this with the Japanese Head Spa and as Sara is a hairdresser as well her expertise shines through. I left feeling so very relaxed and like I had been completely pampered!! I would definitely recommend Sara and the head spa treatment and it is just a shame I don't live closer looking at the festive facial offer!

The treatment I received from Chloe help relieve a lot of tension in my glutes (which had been hurting whenever I sit), upper back and neck areas. My back feels lighter and discomfort reduced. I found the aftercare instructions very helpful for recovery following treatment, and will definitely book again in future :)

I recently booked in for a hot stone massage, and it exceeded my expectations. After over a year of living with fibromyalgia, I finally decided it was time to do something to ease the pain. In the past, massages left me feeling sore for days. Sometimes even weeks! but this experience was completely different. I left feeling noticeably lighter, as if the deep-rooted tension had finally been released. I genuinely felt like my pain was understood and addressed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Karen is excellent. It’s very convenient that she comes to you, and takes away the stress of travelling to an appointment. She is really good at listening about problem areas and focusing on areas that are causing issues. She often finds areas I didn’t know were painful. I always feel better after seeing Karen.
