Rusalina was so lovely and welcoming when I arrived today for the first time. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss what I wanted to achieve with my lash appointment. Had a facial that was pure bliss! The space was a gorgeous set up. Super comfortable environment and Libby was very welcoming and easy to talk to. My bespoke facial was so relaxing and my skin was radiant afterwards. The arm, neck and shoulder massage was a wonderful touch to the treatment. Highly recommend!

I had my daughter’s eyebrows and Korean lash lift done here, and the service was absolutely amazing. My daughter has autism and anxiety, and the staff were so patient, kind, and understanding throughout the appointment. They took their time, made my child feel comfortable, and explained everything in a calm and reassuring way. The results were beautiful, and we couldn't be happier. Japanese Head Massage with Sam yesterday. Sam is a wonderful young lady. The location and environment are lovely. It was my first time at the salon and my first time having this treatment. It was sublime — like standing in the rain by a stream without getting wet. I was surprised at how much attention my head needed. I had the 70 minute treatment and felt totally fantastic. I’ve already booked my next treatment but extending to 99 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely recommend Michelle 100%. I had the stones/bamboo and Indian head massage. I have never had a massage like this. Totally relaxing and at a pressure I was comfortable with as Michelle asked before my massage what I would like. I will definitely book to go again. Just off for a nap 😴

I have had many massages all over the world and this massage with Eszter is the best massage I’ve ever had. Eszter targeted my tight areas and released the tension and soreness.
