What a hidden gem in hoole! This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Great balance of working on my knots whilst never being painful and being sooo relaxing. Amazing value for 1.5 hours, I didn’t want it it end.

Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

I booked a head spa treatment unsure of what to expect. Many people say they are just an expensive hair wash. That is not the case. I was greated by lovely staff who offered me a drink while I waited for my appointment. They then explained everything that would happen and asked me if I had any concerns of which there were none. For over an hour I was treated to various hair and scalp treatments including deep head massage and also neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards I was offered another drink then my hair was blow dried as I liked it. Would highly recommend

I went for the back and scalp massage, with a mini facial to start off the week and it was so so relaxing! Anna is brilliant at creating a calm atmosphere from the moment you walk in! OMG! The best massage I've ever had! I had back and shoulders 1hr massage with Lisa, and omg she worked on all the parts I had tension and pain. I like a firm massage and Lisa is definitely strong and dug into those knots until they were gone. I left so much lighter. Beautiful and cosy interior as well. We booked a couple relaxing massage and head and neck massage.Both were so good! One of the best massages each of us have ever had. Mona and Leah were so friendly, professional and really gave a great massage. Both identified our ‘nots’ and worked their magic! We would definitely return if we lived in the area and not visiting for a holiday. Highly recomend !
