I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

I booked a head spa treatment unsure of what to expect. Many people say they are just an expensive hair wash. That is not the case. I was greated by lovely staff who offered me a drink while I waited for my appointment. They then explained everything that would happen and asked me if I had any concerns of which there were none. For over an hour I was treated to various hair and scalp treatments including deep head massage and also neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards I was offered another drink then my hair was blow dried as I liked it. Would highly recommend

I went for the back and scalp massage, with a mini facial to start off the week and it was so so relaxing! Anna is brilliant at creating a calm atmosphere from the moment you walk in! I’ve had some problems with my back recently and she did an amazing job to check in with me during the massage. Couldn’t ask for a better start to my birthday, Thank you Anna!

OMG! The best massage I've ever had! I had back and shoulders 1hr massage with Lisa, and omg she worked on all the parts I had tension and pain. I like a firm massage and Lisa is definitely strong and dug into those knots until they were gone. I left so much lighter. Beautiful and cosy interior as well. We booked a couple relaxing massage and head and neck massage.Both were so good! One of the best massages each of us have ever had. Mona and Leah were so friendly, professional and really gave a great massage. Both identified our ‘nots’ and worked their magic! We would definitely return if we lived in the area and not visiting for a holiday. Highly recomend !

Very welcoming and friendly. The deep tissue massage with Kwan was wonderful. She used a warm bed, hot oil, and hot stones to ease my aching muscles from hiking. Not only did Kwan help my muscles, her massage completely relaxed me. Highly recommend.

Great deepish massage, thanks, my first with Collette and first back massage for years. She found plenty of knots and tension. I may not feel so good tmw though 😆

Catherine is very friendly and welcoming. I regularly see her for a lash lift and brow tint and she always does an amazing job and makes sure I am happy with the results. I especially love the head massage while waiting for the tint to take!
