Had my nails done by Shaff at Kaycie Kyle ahead of my international Scouting adventure – and honestly, they’re perfect. Every detail was intentional, from the shape to the polish, but it was the nail art that really blew me away. I gave her a pretty specific brief – something that blended Portuguese culture with a twist of Moot magic – and she absolutely nailed it (pun, obviously, intended). Shaff was warm, focused, and so skilled – one of those people who quietly makes you feel totally at ease while creating tiny masterpieces on your fingertips. Thank you, Shaff – you’re an artist.

Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. I had my very first Indian head massage yesterday it was soothing and I felt so calm and relaxed. Carly made me feel so comfortable. She’s been my hairdresser for a good couple of years now and she’s literally just the best.!!! Never fails to disappoint I’m so proud of how far she’s come!🩷

Lovely massage. PJ worked on all the areas that were sore. The masaage room was super cleanand cosy with lovely candles. Felt completely relaxed afterwards and was offered a lovely drink to finish my visit. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
