Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Liz. She explains every step clearly and makes it a very welcoming and relaxing experience. The massage itself was perfect, a wonderful combination of pressure, trigger points and breathing exercises. The added bonus being that she comes to your home so you can stay in a relaxed state after she's finished. I would highly recommend Liz's treatments

First time with Trish and I was delighted with the massage. A warm and friendly welcome. She checked everything carefully both before and during the massage e.g. how I was doing that day, what pressure I like and was it still ok. I felt very safely held during the whole appointment and her clever use of towels kept me feeling comfortable and suitably modest throughout what was an excellent massage. I was hugely relaxed almost immediately and wonderfully restored by the end. Truly healing hands.

Wow! The perfect mix of sports massage deep tissue work that really gets into the problem areas and a relaxing massage. I also loved the fact that the arms, legs, head, feet all got a good working too which other places have often over looked vs the usual back and shoulders. Will be sure to book in every month while you are in Bristol!

I'm so pleased to have found such a wonderful knowledgeable masseuse; kind, confident, and professional. I went in with chronic pain and have come out feeling lighter and in repair, her treatment has helped significantly. She has a wealth of knowledge and variety of disciplines, which I could feel on my 'Custom Massage', I found this incredibly relaxing but also deep enough to really aid my body to repair. The Indian Head Massage was wonderful for my occipital headaches and neck issues. I've slept better after each session too. Clean, welcoming, relaxing space, easy booking! HIGHLY recommend!
