We went in for a head spa and facial. The service was amazing right from arrival. Signature facial: Heated bed, focused on cleansing and hydration, neck and head massage. I came out looking like a glazed donut. Head spa and massage: My partner got a head spa and he now has now dry skin all over his clothes. He thought it was great the different tools and relaxing as well.

Shiori did my head spa which was amazing.. professional and paid great attention to detail. Mayumi did my massage and I left feeling super warm and relaxed. Also grabbed some cute seashell, lady figurine candles too... highly recommend!

Masseuse very professional & thorough, asked area of concern and very attentive to those areas. Good firm pressure and just enough without leaving feeling greasy. Hot stone could be little hotter however understand very fine line to potential burning client. Music a little loud and I would prefer traditional Thai meditational ambience instead of piano cover songs, I’m sure would accommodate if I asked but it was my first visit so happy to go with the flow. Over all relaxing and energising remedial massage and very reasonably priced. I would be my pleasure to return when next in Sydney

After asking for harder pressure, therapist was great. However, I’d pointed out specific areas of pain, both on the sign in and verbally when she entered room but treatment wasn’t evenly spread. I would’ve preferred more time on the lower back as asked rather than my head or even legs. But the massage was great pressure and at least my upper back feels better. A concern after appointment was I couldn’t exit. The door doesn’t open. There was no-one at reception to let me out and it was only after several minutes, another client got up and rang the bells again on the door that reception returned

Great 25min focused massage to relieve tension headache

I have been very bissy with family issue at the moment going backwards and forwards to hospital. Knowing this Nana made all the stress that builds up from head to toe disappear. All I can say is if your day or life gets hectic Nana, Eva and the team at QVB Japanese massage are a great place to relax. Thanks from David
