Incredible first consultation with Dr Hen. I'm so glad I met her at the National Wedding Expo in London because I feel she is going to help with my skin journey to achieve improved skin for my wedding next September! Dr Hen explained the science behind my skin concerns in a digestible, easily understood format with diagrams & images, which I appreciated. Although there was quite a lot of information to take on board about the different products & their chemical composition, Dr Hen provided a personalised PDF that explains each product & what it's targeting. I can't wait to see the results!

Omg Rose is just amazing. I felt so safe in her hands from the moment I arrived and she achieved exactly what I wanted. I didn’t doubt her for a second and fully trusted her throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly which made me feel relaxed and confident. I visited NEU clinic today and had profilo with Dr. Tony. He was very professional and honest in his opinion of what I needed done. He was very knowledgeable of the injectables and never oversold. The procedure itself was very smooth and he was very gentle when injecting the product. I look forward to my next appointment. Ontop of that his sense of humour was great, put me at ease immediately. very skilled & kind practitioner, when getting them done she made me feel comfortable, especially as it was my first time getting any filler & i was nervous. the numbing cream was strong & helped with the pain, which was mild. i have also experienced no pain after the treatment. the swelling has also been mild for me. i am very pleased with my results, my family was apprehensive for me to get fillers, but even they have been complimenting them. so happy i chose the right clinic, i have already recommended to friends who are interested in fillers!!😊
