Incredible first consultation with Dr Hen. I'm so glad I met her at the National Wedding Expo in London because I feel she is going to help with my skin journey to achieve improved skin for my wedding next September! Dr Hen explained the science behind my skin concerns in a digestible, easily understood format with diagrams & images, which I appreciated. Although there was quite a lot of information to take on board about the different products & their chemical composition, Dr Hen provided a personalised PDF that explains each product & what it's targeting. I can't wait to see the results!

I visited NEU clinic today and had profilo with Dr. Tony. He was very professional and honest in his opinion of what I needed done. He was very knowledgeable of the injectables and never oversold. The procedure itself was very smooth and he was very gentle when injecting the product. I look forward to my next appointment. Ontop of that his sense of humour was great, put me at ease immediately. Thanks Dr. Tony!

Russian lip filler and Botox in forehead. Sade is the best in the business - she always gets my lips the exact shape I want and listens when I say I want them to look natural. The clinic is always clean and hygienic. 10/10

Omg Rose is just amazing. I felt so safe in her hands from the moment I arrived and she achieved exactly what I wanted. I didn’t doubt her for a second and fully trusted her throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly which made me feel relaxed and confident. I’ve been pierced by inara before and this was my first time coming with a friend. Inara is so lovely LOVED by the people, her customer service is too notch. She is completely natural and the piercing itself is quick, professional and the results are so lovely :)) her service mean I’m willing to travel an hour up London will 100% be back xo
