I cannot recommend revive highly enough, the staff and atmosphere are lovely and I always leaving feeling amazing. Red light therapy has been great for my skin and relaxation. The perfect place.

The ladies at Revive are so welcoming and lovely. They give you a rob, gloves and shoes for the cryotherapy and I absolutely love it - it gives me the boost I need after a workout or just to get the blood pumping around the body better (I suffer from cold fingers and toes!). The water massage bed is fabulous too, a great warming recovery after the cryotherapy with added relaxing music and aromatherapy. The relaxation room afterwards with a cup of tea was the icing on the cake - I feel fabulous! Thank you.

The ladies in Revive are so friendly. The lady at reception made me a cup of tea and it was lovely as I was early for my appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the cryotherapy as this is a new experience for me, I came out feeling brand new! The massage bed was incredible, it felt like a someone was giving me the massage! I said I had specific tightness and knots in my shoulders and upper back and the lady programmed the bed for that specific need and it was an amazing 30 minutes. I can't thank them enough! Excellent experience.

I would highly recommend the hydrotherapy massage. This was my 2nd one and I actually dozed off whilst having it. Very relaxing massage in a calm and tranquil environment.

I've just done a one month membership at Revive and I cannot rate them highly enough! The facilities are excellent, the environment is beautiful and the staff are all fantastic - it felt like my second home! The oxygen and cryotherapy in particular really sped up my recovery from Covid and my brain fog and breathlessness have gone! Thanks all and can't wait to come back soon x

Ice bath and sauna experience for two was amazing! My partner and I enjoyed the lovely private room with everything you needed including a shower and towels to make the experience comfortable and easy. Revive is such a lovely space, the staff are always lovely and this was such a nice experience - made the perfect present!

I just love the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber!

Always a pleasure to use their state-of-the-art machines, in my case, the Hyperbaric Chamber. The staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Really friendly staff and very helpful with first time use on the Cryotherapy chamber, made my experience really enjoyable.

Lovely chilled out and relaxed afternoon. Started with Red Light Therapy and then the Flotation Pod. Most relaxed I’ve felt in weeks. All the staff were lovely as usual.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and amazing hydrotherapy massage

I had an amazing experience at revive. The staff were fantastic and very understanding when I called and asked to re arrange my appointment due to injuring my back. I did the cryotherapy and float tank package. I do feel the cryotherapy could of been longer, it felt like it was over with just as it was starting to get going, although I imagine this is just the protocol and is just my personal experience. The float tank was incredible, and I left feeling amazing. The staff and facility itself is wonderful, highly recommend!
