I have been seeing Dr Amy at Vitality House for a few months now and can highly recommend both her, as well as Vitality House. Dr Amy is amazing, both as a professional and a person. The most phenomenal deep tissue 90 minute massage, an 11/10! Tonnille took the time to understand my problem areas and applied just the right amount of pressure to work through all the tension and knots. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably improved mobility. Highly recommend for anyone needing real relief from muscle tightness or stress—this place is a hidden gem! So much love for the space and people at Vitality House. Can't wait for my next massage.
