Had a pleasant experience using the mHBOT, the attention was great and I appreciated the reminders for the appointment before hand. What could be improved is the padding inside the chamber bed, it was very thin, also the height from the ground of the chamber is a bit low and it would be easier to get in and out if it was a bit higher. Other than that the experience was excellent and I will be back for more sessions.

Lovely, helpful people who look after you, and I had a great experience with the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and infra red light therapy.

Such an easy and calm experience. Omid was welcoming and very helpful. I had never done a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy before and came out from it feeling rejuvenated and very clear. My bodys aches and pains had also eased. Will be back again for sure. Thank you!

You will never find a better place for one stop to do so many great things for your health. Infra red sauna, red light therapy, hBOT, salt tank are all on my relay visits over the years. Symee and Liz are always welcoming, friendly, incredibly helpful and generous 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My first time today and it was Amazing! The staff (Liz) was so lovely, helpful and flexible, allowed me to change my booking due to Me being stuck in traffic. The place is quiet and relaxing. I did the RLT + H2 and Sauna + Cold Therapy. It was wonderful and energising. can’t wait to go back!

My experience with the Hyperbaric chamber was great, as was the Red light bed. I enjoyed the float tank, however the light inside would not switch off

First visit for Red Light therapy and enjoyed the experience.

We had three people in our group and we were looked after by Liz for the afternoon, she is so friendly and accommodating - we all had a great time! Everything was new to us - we did the floatation therapy pods, infrared sauna/ice bath and the oxygen chamber. We even got some awesome dinner recommendations nearby from Liz which were super helpful and also ended up being delicious!

Reception very kind and helpful and prices reasonable specially for various packages. Just a little surprised that no pure oxygen gets added to the Hyperbaric Chambers.

It was my first time doing red light therapy. The process was explained to me clearly and it was very relaxing. Seems like a really great place.

I had the red light and hypobaric oxygen treatment, I recently had surgery and my surgeons office are happy with me having these treatments to help with my healing journey. I usually come around once a month for a treatment package but have been coming weekly during this period for just these two treatments and the nurse advised I am healing very well.

Been here a couple of times now, tried the hyperbaric chamber, red light, inafred sauna and float and I'd highly recommend all of them. Well run place and great for relaxing 😌

4th infrared sauna … eases my tight muscles and sleep has improved, both extremely beneficial for me. Intend to ramp this therapy up, especially like the addition of medical oxygen!

I did oxygen therapy and floatation therapy and it was amazing. My body was super sore after basketball so this really helped me. I feel re-energized. Staff was really nice too
