I went for my first consultation and intake at Absolutely Skin. It was a great experience — very informative and educative. Everything was clearly explained and discussed. I shared my wish for healthy skin with the right treatment, and Martyna really paid close attention to all my questions. She gave me a lot of valuable information I didn’t know before and managed my expectations very well. I left feeling confident, with my first treatment already planned, and I’m very curious and excited to start.

Andrew did an amazing job on my nails, and Jo was very accommodating with my cut, file, and color request. I’ll definitely be back! My only concern was the no-children policy. It wasn’t clearly mentioned in the booking email, only in the terms link. I stepped outside to arrange pickup for my child and felt uncomfortable when staff discussed the situation. Later, another customer arrived with her daughter, who stayed quietly on a phone, and nothing was said. I was confused why the policy seemed to be applied differently.

The spa space is really nice- the pedicure area is tucked away in the back and very private. Kaelin was thorough with the nails , and very calm. She also offered me tea which was great. She also did a good job with my calluses once I asked her to do it , as it seems it wasn’t included in the service but we still had time. Just a couple pieces of feedback - I would have liked a bit more of a foot soak with warm water as opposed to a rinse in cold water. I also didn’t realize until it was too late that she was cutting the hair on my toes , which is something I avoid as the hair is thick

Geweldig! Ik heb al heel veel huidtherapeuten gezien maar Lola is de eerste die echt luistert, meedenkt en individueel advies geeft, ook voor goede thuisverzorging. Ze is eerlijk over producten die wel en niet werken en transparant over wat je kan verwachten. Je voelt je gezien en ik merk dat ze ook echt wil dat er verbetering komt, dat is heel fijn en voelt goed en vertrouwd.

Ik ben super tevreden met mijn huidbehandeling bij Lola! Ze luistert echt goed naar je wensen en maakt samen met je een plan dat het beste bij je past. De behandeling zelf was heel fijn en professioneel. Alles voelde prettig aan, ze gebruikt goede producten en legt bij elke stap rustig uit wat ze gaat doen en wat je kunt verwachten. Lola is echt heel lief, kundig en professioneel. Zeker een aanrader!
