It as great to meet Sarah! She put me at ease which was great due to my autism. She was very informative and talked me through making a decision on my lips and how I wanted them, she gave them a through look and feel before suggesting how we should proceed in her professional opinion. Sarah’s technique was excellent. I was so very happy with the outcome and it made me beam with happiness they look the best they’ve ever looked and I feel confident and very ecstatic! I’ll always always go to Sarah now for any asthetics! Thank you Sarah for making me feel confident and very happy!

I have been having anti wrinkle for 6 years now by a couple of clinics in Nottingham. It was my first time at SHE after hearing great things. I had my treatment today with Nur and she carried out a really thorough consultation, explaining the procedure in detail, what to expect, the potential risks, and answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, and she made sure I was fully informed before asking for my consent to go ahead. Nur is so professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. She made me feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling confident that I was in safe hands and I'm so excited to see my results! 🥰

I have had 2 laser sessions on my face and I am overjoyed with the results. I originally had a consultation for electrolysis and after being told that laser would be more suitable for the area, I felt very unsure about having the laser. However I cannot believe the results even after the first session. The hair has significantly reduced and the stubble shadow/black dots of ingrown hairs are barely there. I will be continuing my journey and I can’t wait to see the finished result. It has given me a new found confidence. I definitely recommend Gaia for anyone thinking of having laser!

Katie was excellent! I have a pixie cut and new to the area so I've been on the hunt for a good hair dresser. Always a little unsure someone's going to be able to cut my hair in a way I like, especially as I often end up letting it grow out too much between cuts. I had a lymphatic massage with Katie and it felt so relaxing and l did realise how much water my body retained and feel so much better for having this. I highly recommend that if you are thinking of trying this then go ahead and do so you will certainly feel the benefit.
