The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

On my second treatment with Kate now, I don’t think I will ever not go back, whether for further treatment or general advice on skin/ hair and all round well being. She has a shop in the same facility as her treatment room selling necessary supplements. She doesn’t sell a product that she doesn’t believe in so I feel safe and confident to purchase here. I can’t wait to finish my 5 week course, a week later from my first and I could have cried, without Kate I was not fitting into jeans that I already owned. She saved me a whole new wardrobe🤣 Results speak for themselves! see you next week🥰

Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Can't recommend Launch enough - I tell everyone about them and recommend Launch to anyone that has concerns about their skin. From the start, Amy has been so amazing. She takes the time to understand your skin concerns, before advising a treatment plan. This process is so reassuring and has made me feel confident and comfortable with the treatments we decided on. Throughout the treatment, Amy has checked in to make sure the products were achieving the desired result and has provided ongoing advice and support. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my skin care now!

I honestly can’t recommend Katie enough. It was my first time ever going to a beauty treatment salon and I was quite nervous as to what to expect. Katie was so truely lovely and friendly and put me at my ease straight away. I actually really enjoyed myself. The treatment I had was for tightening up my upper arms and thighs due to weight loss and I must say that the treatment is amazing, especially on my arms. I’m now booked in for my face and can’t wait to see the results.

Was a bit apprehensive at first but Liv makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable, I would have this every week if I could. Thank you Liv for making me feel at ease, 1 hour felt like 20 mins. I left feeling energised, relaxed and lighter. My skin feels amazing too. Definitely give it a try if you’re thinking about having it done.
