This was one of my first experiences regarding PRP which I choose to have my hair and neck procedure done. It was all very well organised by a team, Vera, Sonia, Jenny, Emily & another member who's name I did not acquire. Sorry my apologies! All in all it takes at least 2 weeks for a review of the treatment, which I yet to have, but in the meantime I have had follow up from Jenny the Beauty Therapist regarding my health following the treatment, which was very reassuring & extremely helpful.

Sonia knows the muscle and skeletal structure of the face inside out and what happens if you inject in one spot to another spot for the best results. I tried the 'Massage and ME' treatment for the first time and Jo created the perfect bespoke treatment for me. It was a very hot day so Jo used some cold stones which were amazingly refreshing. Jo also really thought about which oils would suit the treatment best as well as the weather and my mood. The whole treatment from start to finish was excellent, I even started and ended my day with a special guided meditation created by Jo just for me. I finished the treatment having gone into the most wonderful meditative state, it was incredible and the feeling of calm lasted me all day, so dreamy.

Lady today was very friendly, gave lots of information and had a beautiful spirit. She been their for five year so you know she knows what's she's doing and how to interact in away that makes you feel very comfortable.
