Amazing experience and treatment as always at Aura. The beautician was thorough, explaining the treatment and its steps fully before it began. Booked in for the 75 minute head spa and facial with Kelly and omg i wish it lasted all day. My face and scalp feel so amazing. I would definitely go back!! And would definitely recommend

Really relaxed experience. I didn’t know what to expect but really was very confortable. Eva is an artist & her attention to detail faultless, as well as her knowledge & advice on brow shape. Yesterday (the day of my appointment) I felt a bit self conscious & anxious after having my brows done as despite being an incredible shape, they looked so dark with a pink/red hue. Obviously this is due to the pigment & the effect on the skin. During the course of today the red has gone & even though dark I can see how they frame my face. So excited to see the finished result post healing.

Had a swedish massage and non surgical facial. The massage was excellent. Perfect pressure and tempo. The facial left my skin looking plump and hydrated.

She's very good at explaining how the specific treatment works, asking all the relevant questions and giving you the pros and cons of the procedure. I love how honest and open she is about how the procedure will work and that's one of the reasons I keep on going back to using the KBH services. She is also very friendly and positive person and I always leave the place with a smile on my face. Kelly and I have built an amazing connection over the months. I highly recommend the place! :)
