(I am 12months postpartum) Ruby explained each step throughout the session and was so gentle, certainly eased my nerves. I can’t wait for my next appointment, it’s like a mini makeover! ;)

Thankyou for a wonderful facial and service at Lan Spa this week, Chloe was my therapist and she was friendly and relaxed and straight away helped me into a relaxed state. She was informative and gave great tips and insight into the treatments and then Cindy was helpful afterwards with skincare recommendations. I look forward to making regular appointments!

Lilli is beyond amazing I don't actually have the words to compliment her enough. I came to her after letting myself go for over 5 years and having a baby. When I first came to her I had few months to go before an important trip where I needed to feel good about myself. I actually feel like a whole new person. Every time I leave I feel amazing. She is so kind and lovely and her work is incredible. I've had skin treatments and botox and filler. I've never felt so at ease in someone's hands. I feel she genuinely cares about my results and isn't trying to push things that aren't needed. ❤️

I had a microdermabrasion with Fran today, and I absolutely loved it so much! She was really good and offered me a treatment that was great for my skin and need. I'm coming back for sure in a few weeks.

Yesterday I had Korean glass skin facial treatment done by Celise. It was so amazing and relaxing ,my skin looks so shine and very hydrated until I didnt want to put any makeup on this morning because it looks so good. Celise was very gentle and super professional if anyone interested to get healthy looking skin I definitely recommended this treatment.

Relaxed, professional and comfortable. Tayla knows her skin care and explained each step as my skin was cleansed, fed and pampered. A lovely experience that I will certainly repeat!
