Thankyou for a wonderful facial and service at Lan Spa this week, Chloe was my therapist and she was friendly and relaxed and straight away helped me into a relaxed state. Amazing, I had skin needling done. What an experience form start to finish totally professional. Had an in depth consultation on what to do before having the treatment, which took place a few weeks before I started the needling. I myself have very dry skin and aging as I'm 59 so i needed to prep my skin with particular product before i started. I was informed as to what to expect during and after the treatment and was made very aware of what my role would be after my treatments for the best out come for me. Katrina 10/10

My experience with Eva is always exceptional. I really enjoy my sessions where there is lots of laughter and conversation about the type treatment I am having, she explains how every step of the treatment will benefit my skin and how it will react. Lilli is beyond amazing I don't actually have the words to compliment her enough. I came to her after letting myself go for over 5 years and having a baby. When I first came to her I had few months to go before an important trip where I needed to feel good about myself. I actually feel like a whole new person. Every time I leave I feel amazing. She is so kind and lovely and her work is incredible. I've had skin treatments and botox and filler. I've never felt so at ease in someone's hands. I feel she genuinely cares about my results and isn't trying to push things that aren't needed. ❤️
