We arrived early and the upstairs where the clinic door is, was eerie quiet. No waiting area as such so we just sat on the carpet floor in the hall for 10 until someone let us in. Apart from this weird start, the nurse was super lovely and helpful, with all the gadgetry for the skin check.

Steve is professional, knowledgeable and an all round great guy. He's interesting to chat with and appointments are always enjoyable. I've noticed a huge improvement in my skin since starting treatment, and haven't looked back since having SMP for my thinning hair.

The new fire and ice facial is amazing and the client experience during the treatment is also outstanding with Harriet at Vanity House. My skin feels clean and fresh and I’m glowing. Highly recommend as there’s no down time.
