I went for The Executive Reset package, including haircut, beard trim and express facial, and the overall service was outstanding. The whole process was very smooth and everyone was so accommodating from the reception, server, and most especially to my skin coach/therapist, Ekaterina. I really felt seen, heard, and understood regarding my skin concerns. I had the customized facial and looking forward to having my regular facial there!

Had an amazing spa day today at Wellbeings Fairmont Dubai. Special thanks to my therapist, Susi, who was absolutely excellent. She is very professional in the way she works, and you can really tell that she knows exactly what she is doing. Her massage was relaxing and made the whole experience even better. I left feeling so happy and refreshed. I also want to mention the Filipino receptionist who was very approachable, friendly, and assisted us very well from start to finish. Great service and very friendly environment. Komal is extremely professional hair stylist, I live in the US but wait for my hair to be done whenever I visit Dubai. The lymphatic drainage massage was to the point and the specialist was quite professional. Also, the manicure was done very fine and pretty. It’s a one stop shop for all your beauty needs, highly recommended.

I love this place. The atmosphere and treatments are on a highest level. It is a real time for me. The service is incredible professional and I feel maximum care always. My must have are hydra facial together with gloving! The effect on my skin is wonderful! My face looks beautiful and without any skin problems for weeks.
