Thank you so much BK and team for a wonderful spoil. Just think they should allocate designated therapist to one person - as the time management and personal was very confused - witch made us confused - and two of us - only receive full body massage on the back.

My daughter and I went for a package deal. We were carried on their hands from the word go. The ladies are friendly, polite and well trained. The prices are good and the premises beautifull. I really enjoyed the experience and can recommend them any time. Feeling so relaxed and spoilt.

Ms Makaluza was excellent. Her pressure used with the Swedish massage was gentle yet effective. She was very professional, warm and sweet natured. She demonstrated passion for her job. I will definitely visit regularly as I lwas excited to learn that the salon is open on a Sunday as well.

The massage, staff and facilities itself is great. I think what would make it better is if your parking situation is just clearer to new clients. That they can park at BVI (but signs show parking is strictly for BVI). Then when you go up the stairs just some signs on how to navigate to your spa.

Have been to this place a couple of times but the service I received on my last visit was outstanding, 10/10! From the time I walked in and was offered a hot beverage to the service I had booked. Zama is brilliant. She’s also a 10!

Really great massage from Maria. Walked in there feeling heavy and my body sore and walked out feeling so light and body aches gone. She is thorough and takes her time to work on the tight knots. Really friendly as well, I 100% recommend.

The massage therapy was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Mali was particularly noteworthy in ensuring our visit was superb. Overall, we were delighted with the treatment and ambiance, and we would highly recommend Chalila to others.

From the start to finish, we had an amazing experience, the staff were so warm and welcoming, the treatment was well worth the experience, my favorite part being the Swedish massage as the masseuse hit all the right pressure points and untied all my knots in the back and neck area , I highly recommend the full lovers package as it is definitely well worth it. Loved the aesthetic look with the art and the home cooked meals was the cherry on top. Big thanks to the Manager Mali for also making us feel very welcome, all in all great experience, thanks Chalila :)
