Ms Makaluza was excellent. Her pressure used with the Swedish massage was gentle yet effective. She was very professional, warm and sweet natured. She demonstrated passion for her job. I will definitely visit regularly as I lwas excited to learn that the salon is open on a Sunday as well.

The massage, staff and facilities itself is great. I think what would make it better is if your parking situation is just clearer to new clients. That they can park at BVI (but signs show parking is strictly for BVI). Then when you go up the stairs just some signs on how to navigate to your spa.

The massage therapy was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Mali was particularly noteworthy in ensuring our visit was superb. From the start to finish, we had an amazing experience, the staff were so warm and welcoming, the treatment was well worth the experience, my favorite part being the Swedish massage as the masseuse hit all the right pressure points and untied all my knots in the back and neck area , I highly recommend the full lovers package as it is definitely well worth it. Loved the aesthetic look with the art and the home cooked meals was the cherry on top. Big thanks to the Manager Mali for also making us feel very welcome, all in all great experience, thanks Chalila :)
