Fantastic. The massage the pressure, checking that the right area was being worked on. As well as advice on what to do to support and improve painful areas. Great experience. I will be booking the 2 hour pamper me treatment again

Paola is a great therapist. She knows how to relax and help on the needs. I had a hot stone back massage which was amazing and facial. I can highly recommend Paola!

This was my first time using the pressure suit (not sure if that’s its real name) so wasn’t sure of what to expect, if you enjoy a squeeze (tight cuddles) then I would recommend it, Paola’s was very informative and advised on all the benefits of the treatments and what to expect. Next time I would possible look at having a face/head massage at the same time as the tranquil sounds playing, provided a relaxing environment. Glam and Glow Beauty Lab provided a welcoming and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend visiting them. Loved it. Thank you

When having my eyebrows done I was amazed at how natural they look the whole experience was so relaxing from start to finish I felt really comfortable, and relaxed enough to fall asleep why having it done, I wouldn’t say it was really painful there was some discomfort at times but no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Paola made me feel at ease it was very clinical I could see that cleanliness is high on her agenda. I couldn’t fault it. I would definitely like to re book for a massage and facial thank you so much you have a beautiful spa that smells amazing. You did an amazing job

I had a Wonderful Lifting Facial which included a Fabulous shoulder massage. I was really impressed with the results.. The treatment was divine and SO relaxing. 10/10

Wonderful first visit and will definitely be going back soon. Paola is so knowledgeable and reassuring. Some of the techniques used are different to a traditional massage but that just makes the experience even better. I felt like I was in very safe and experienced hands. Paola seems to really want to help her clients and offer very individualised care. Definitely would recommend.

Lovely place and so very welcoming. The lady who did my massage was very professional. The only reason I didn’t put great because I was a little disappointed as I could not smell the oils and I’m not keen on a head massage and if asked I would have said no but that’s my personal choice. But would definitely recommend
