Initially when Sharon first started massaging my weary bones it was quite painful and the pressure a little too much but I persevered because I could tell she knew exactly what my body needed. I came out feeling like every bone in my body had been de-stressed and untangled. Will definitely recommend and book more for myself

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well.
