Highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to de-stress. The lymphatic stomach massage felt very gentle yet effective, and the Reiki added a whole other layer of relaxation. The space itself is beautiful and very clean. Rachel was professional, warm, and attentive to how I was feeling. I felt incredibly calm during and after the session—it was exactly what I needed for both my body and mind!

Dr Yasien was brilliant. He assessed my posture and knew exactly what we needed to work on. He is very knowledgable and skilled. He used a combination of different techniques, hot stone and tools. Would definitely recommend.

Best beauty salon in Liverpool. Only salon that can do my lashes as the beauticians listen to my request. I travel from the Wirral as the salons closer are a waste of money. Always offers and good value for money. Safe and clean salon which offers lots of different treatments. They have an app that is easy to use with prices and treatments available. Also you can collect loyalty points which can get you discounts. I would highly recommend and hope Lilly’s remains in business for many years.

Highly recommend! Yasien is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming and has eased the aches and pains in my neck, shoulders and back. He used multiple tools and techniques during the sports massage and always checked that I was ok. If you are looking for someone who knows what they are talking about and can ease tight/stiff muscles then Yasien is your guy. I also love the small touches such as the heated bed, water/snacks, music and hot towel to finish. Thank you so much Yasien, see you again soon!

I had the most beautiful lymphatic drainage treatment with Rachel. Even just from stepping into her stunning treatment space it surpassed expectations. I don't know how to sum it up, but it was therapy for the mind, body and soul without a doubt. What a special gift Rachel has. Absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond. He analysed my whole body and used many techniques to relive the pain I was feeling. Very friendly, very knowledgable and I will definitely be back.

Very warm and welcoming experience. Had eyelashes done by Bristy and she was lovely and friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole session. Will definitely recommend eyebrows and eyelashes in this salon 🙂

Stacey was a great success looking after a group of golfers that I had staying near Liverpool - she did a huge number of massages during the week. They said she was excellent. She was quick and easy to deal with when organising and was flexible in accommodating a number of massages out of hours which hadn’t been scheduled. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone considering her services.

By far the best treatment I’ve had on my back, Yasien found areas of pain in my back I didn’t know I had, by the end of the session had perfect painless movement.

I came back recently due to offers and the products actually working on me. I always liked this salon. The staff are good and know what they are doing.

OMG my hot stone massage today from A Touch of Tranquility was definitely what was needed. Highly recommend Stacey xx she comes to the house which is perfect off her bed on to the couch xxx honestly tho them hot stones and Stacey working her magic with all her knowledge my back now doesn’t feel like it’s about to break wen I move xx

I was recommended by a friend to see Yasien ~ She stated hes outstanding and soon has he sees you straight away knows what is going on . She was 100% correct .wow I have never been treated so well he's passionate about helping you much has he can. Used numerous techniques is knowledge is vast. He asked me to go back the next day has he needed more time on me , he stated he didn't want more money he was wanting to correct a issue I was having in my neck and shoulders and more time was needed in total I had 3 hours . 100% dedicated to his work and clients. I won't be going anywhere else.

As always was made very welcome from Tanya and staff. Enjoyed my treatments very much so will be back in a few weeks

The best treatments! So relaxing, you’re made to feel so comfortable and the attention to detail is spot on! Also one of the best places in Liverpool for quality / value for money.

First experience of Hot Stones and it was absolutely amazing....only issue being that now I just want to go and lie back down and have a sleep 🤣 Well worth it though and as ever Stacey made it a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.....

First time having my eyelashes done here , will definitely be going back , would highly recommend

Lovely massage and my first time with the hot stones, felt like a lovely luxury treat. Hot stones down the spine really work especially for lower back tightness!
