I booked in for the Head, Neck & Scalp Ritual, and it was such a treat! Nerissa explained the service beforehand so I knew what to expect, and made me feel so relaxed and treated. Despite the spa being located in the centre of Leeds, it feels so tranquil and you would not know. Such a lovely little retreat.

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

Hot stone massage was unbelievable! Natasha made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. First ever massage I've had and I'll definitely be having another with Dragonfly soon! I drive a lot due to the nature of my work so I have stiff shoulders and lower back but Natasha has been able to release my shoulders (right side in particular) and has given me my range of movement back! Couldn't reccomend Dragonfly and Natasha enough ❤️

I had an incredible experience at Dragonfly Spa! I booked an Indian Head Massage and a back massage with Tetiana, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Tetiana is truly amazing at what she does—I’ve already booked my next appointment with her for next month. The spa itself is wonderful, with warm, tranquil interiors that create a perfect, connected atmosphere. I’ve decided to make this a monthly treat!

I've been coming back to Nerissa at Dragonfly Skin multiple times now and she is absolutely outstanding. I've had both deep tissue and Swedish massages with her and both have been excellent — she really tailors each session to what your body needs. Nerissa is talented, warm, and thoroughly professional. I’d been looking for massages more locally for a while. It’s safe to say I am really glad I found Ben. I suffer quite a lot with upper back and neck tension. The space is really relaxing too, I love the music, lighting, hearing bed, water trickling. There’s a lot of thought, effort and focus that Ben puts into the room itself but also the massages - including checking on focus areaa. So glad to have found this place!

Wonderful experience at Roukh Leeds today. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the therapist was incredibly gentle, professional, and attentive. I loved being able to choose the scent of the aroma oil, and the products used felt very high quality. I forgot to ask for her name, but she gave one of the best massages I've had. Excellent service from start to finish. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place.

Vickie is a genuine warm and kind hearted lady who excels at whatever treatment she undertakes. Vickie is very professional and thorough, I have had a pedicure, lash tint and back massage over the course of the last month. Her attention to detail, diligence and care is outstanding. Vickie makes you feel at ease from the moment you enter the door to leaving. I cannot rate Vickie and Peaches and Cream high enough. I had a wonderful pedicure with Kelsey this evening. My feet and nails now are fabulous. Kelsey is wonderful, putting me at ease and is so warm and friendly. She is also fantastic at her job - skilled and clever. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I am worried that I submitted a ‘terrible’ review in error for Kelsey as I made a mistake on my phone. I thought I had to press the stars as they went up! Then the form submitted without a chance to amend it. Please please apologise to Kelsey for me. Because she is amazing!
