I have had two massages at the holistic hub and they have both been fantastic! Getting my very knotty shoulders in check and giving me an hour to relax. The hot stones are hot and the cupping really gets into those tight muscles. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Friendly professional and very skilled at what they do. I will be back.

Cathy, was very friendly and welcoming and did an amazing bespoke massage using hot stones, deep tissue and cupping. Worked on my aches and pains round my shoulders and still made the rest of the treatment relaxing was nice and toasty. Hate being cold when having a massage and have re booked!

Megan makes every effort to make your treatment relaxing, and tailors it to what you need. I had such an amazing firm back neck and shoulder massage finished off with a scalp and jaw massage. I never wanted it to end. Thanks Megan for a fantastic massage on my birthday it was just what I needed.

There’s nothing Lauren doesn’t know about beauty. She’s the oracle. Could t recommend her enough been going to her for years. Love the treatments, love the chinwags and love the giggles. Best therapist in Crawley and I’ve been to most of them

At my fast approaching 69 years I asked Lauren if my face could shine again. Lauren knew exactly where I was coming from and what to do about it. Highly recommend Emma, such a warm hearted soul. Your receive a friendly welcome into her calm & inviting space for you to fully relax. My personal favourites are the facials and message, always delivered to a high standard and usually personalised to you. Afterwards l always feel a huge weight has been lifted, and I’m floating on the clouds.

Lauren hands are magical, I’m so glad I made the time to make a visit. My back, neck and shoulders are feeling so much better than they did! Lauren really takes the time to work on the problem areas identified to her and also she used her expertise to and found others she also felt needed work on. Roll on my next appointment… can’t wait 🙌🏼
