I had a back massage with Adam, and I have to say it was one of thee best I've had. Great pressure and Adam listens to what you as a client need. The newly refurbished soundings are stunning. Gorgeous rooms creating the perfect setting. Definitely 10/10 from me!

Adam’s professionalism, warmth, and intuitive touch made the whole experience exceptional. He knew exactly where to focus and used the perfect amount of pressure throughout. I left feeling deeply relaxed, rebalanced, and like a weight had been lifted. Adam is incredibly skilled and clearly passionate about what he does. Louise has created a little haven of relaxation and tranquility! I've been for reflexology and massages and cannot speak highly enough of how great they were. From the moment you arrive, her little studio smells incredible to the moment your done with an Elderflower water, she really does go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed.
