Wow! The thai reflexology massage was like heaven on earth. Started with a foot spa with feet in warm water and then proceeded to the feet massage. The room is always very clean, warm atmosphere and amazing decoration, such a nice place to be. Polly is a really amazing, skilled and knowledgeable therapist and cannot wait to come back again. I was visiting Bristol from the North East and had being having some back pain for sometime - the travel wont help - I came across Ramphai's and had the best massage. Relieved a lot of tension I had in my back and shoulders, travelled home the next day pain free 😊 Thank you

I've been here 3 or 4 times, it's always a pleasure seeing Polly, she is so knowledgeable always listens intently to any issues I have with sore muscles and knots and puts focus in those areas. Every time I leave I feel refresh, ready for the next week ahead with no shoulder or back aches. With the room, free tea provided and the ambience, it's such a nice place to be. Cannot wait for my next visit!

I would definitely recommend Kezz if you are thinking of going for a facial - she is very professional, warm and knowledgeable about skincare. The facial was so relaxing and I'm looking forward to booking in another session!
