We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. Lovely hot stone massage with Tanya. First time here, everyone was so professional and nice. Atmosphere lovely, clean rooms, really liked that the massage tables were spacious and comfortable. Will be booking back here for sure to try out some of the other treatments! Please bring in other options such as scalp/ head massages too as add ons!

First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! I asked to have my shoulders back down from my ears and am the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. So ready for my next session! Thank you so much ❤️

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

went to charnel for the first time and was such a lovely experience! she truly goes above and beyond for her clients - i was greeted warmly, offered a drink, and she made me very comfortable and adapted pressure for the massage to my liking. the studio itself was very cosy and everything was hygienic and smelt lovely, making it the perfect place to relax. at the end she even gave me a goodie bag which was such a nice touch! i would highly recommend her services and i will be back ❤️
