The Beauty Spot in Rotherham was a wonderful experience. The salon smells amazing and feels instantly calming and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which meant a lot. I arrived feeling a bit self-conscious with my rather untamed appearance, but I was made to feel completely at ease with no judgment at all. Such a warm, kind atmosphere... I’ll definitely be coming back!

Kirsty was amazing. I went at 36 weeks pregnant and she made me feel really comfortable. It's always painful to get waxed but she was really good and it was no where near as painful as other places I've been. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back.

It’s my first time having waxing done in years! Robyn put me at ease straight away, she’s so down to earth and lovely. It wasn’t as painful as I thought, and to be honest we was chatting thorough so I think that definitely helped! Robyn is very fast too so you don’t realise either. I’ve been to Natalie a couple of times for a Hollywood wax. She’s amazing! I was so nervous the first time but she really put me at ease & honestly, it wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be, second time was a breeze. Natalie makes you feel really comfortable and she’s so knowledgable, you can tell she really enjoys what she does which I find reassuring. I’ve had Hollywood waxes at different salons before but none have been as good as Natalie, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Natalie is calm, kind and professional at all times. Highly recommend!
