Oh what can I say! What a beautiful, relaxing environment to have my first Hollywood wax in many years! From the minute I walked in the door, Rachel just put me at ease. The treatment, prep, after care and her attention to perfection were all 10/10. What a truly wonderful and surprisingly relaxing experience! Won’t be going anywhere else for my waxing now! I wouldn't go anywhere else for this. I don't think I would feel as comfortable with someone doing this, as I do with Lucy. She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. She's very reassuring and the sting is so minimal, it doesn't even hurt. Next time I will be going for a Hollywood and I don't even feel nervous, I never have with these appointments. Definitely one of the best things I've done, especially booking it in with Lucy x

Always a positive experience (as much as waxing can be anyway…!). Alex is great and has done my waxing for a long time now. She always makes me feel comfortable and does a good job. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
