Oh what can I say! What a beautiful, relaxing environment to have my first Hollywood wax in many years! From the minute I walked in the door, Rachel just put me at ease. Rachel is AMAZING! It was my first proper intimate waxing experience after having a bad experience with a bikini wax a while ago. She made me feel so comfortable and NOT embarrassed at all. Rachel was so lovely at my first waxing appointment and made me feel so at ease! She is very bubbly and chatty which makes the experience so much more bearable and go a lot faster. She was very quick and efficient with the waxing and it was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. She is also very knowledgeable and gave some great advice on going forward with my waxing journey. Will definitely be ditching the razors and returning. Thanks so much :) xx
