An absolutely excellent experience in every way. Samantha has paid attention to every detail including the beautifully coordinated and ambient treatment too and state of the art quality equipment. I spent 4 hours of pampering having the luxury foot spa and full body massage with tinted lashes to complete my experience - all expertly carried out with gentleness and careful attention. A wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Ipswich!

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

5 Stars! I had an amazing experience at BdonebyB Beauty Salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a calming vibe. I had a full pamper session—nails, facial, massage, and waxing—and every service was done with such care and professionalism. My nails are flawless, my skin is glowing, and I left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. B is incredibly talented, friendly, and really knows how to make you feel special. I highly recommend this place—definitely my new go-to for beauty treatments!

I recently had my wrinkles filled up in two areas at Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics Salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Anca took the time to explain everything to me and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. The salon itself is incredibly fancy and modern truly on another level, you don’t see this type of salon very often in Ipswich. Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. I went in for a waxing service and I had a wonderful experience with Maritza! Even though I showed up a little bit late, she completed the entire service, made the whole experience comfortable and painless and told me what she was doing before she did it so I knew what to expect! She was wonderful to talk to and made me feel very comfortable overall. The rooms were clean and smelled lovely and the attention she paid to my hair and skin type and the modifications she made to make sure I didn't end up with any irritated skin was so appreciated. Definitely come here!!

Excellent once again. Have never kept up with waxing in the past as didn’t get great results, but Ellen done such a great job the first time will now be a regular.

Very good, always an uplifting experience.

I had my first appointment today with Anca, she couldn’t have made me feel anymore welcome and at ease. She talked me through everything, showed me the products she uses and was so knowledgeable. It had been a long time since having my lips done but I’d been wanting them done again so much and I come across Anca’s salon. Clearly she uses amazing numbing cream as I remember lips being so painful but it wasn’t bad at all, so manageable. The results are unbelievable so much better than I could have ever expected and I cannot wait to go back for more treatments! I feel amazing!!

I’ve been having treatments by Samantha for a few years now and she is consistently excellent. Super professional but still friendly and accommodating.
