She is great and professional, but I have been coming for years, and the previous beautician running late, which you would think shouldn't be an issue as more than 1 room. But , only 1 wax pot! Also in that room for at least 2 years light on wall STILL not repaired, to check brows in as light in room not great. It is a bit poor for this establishment And waxing is not cheap, so please sort this out as lets it down although staff great

had a really nice afternoon in the spa and treatments. the afternoon tea that followed was equally nice. only downside was that the steam room was out of use (had been down since last week) but we were not told in advance, which was a shame as that was the reason we booked the spa in addition to the treatments. came away feeling very relaxed
